MoneyManMyers ("MoneyManMyers," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent financial education brand owned and operated by Will Myers, a Texas-based financial educator and content creator. MoneyManMyers operates websites, interactive tools, calculators, educational content, and related digital properties (collectively, the "Services").

04Financial Calculator Data — Special Notice

Our interactive calculators (including but not limited to the High-Yield Savings Account Calculator) are designed to process your inputs locally within your web browser's JavaScript environment. This means:

• Calculator inputs such as savings amounts, income figures, or other financial data are processed in real time within your browser.
• These inputs are not transmitted to MoneyManMyers servers in most cases and are not stored in our databases.
• Your financial inputs are not associated with your identity unless you voluntarily provide identifying information.
• Third-party analytics scripts may capture interaction events (e.g., which tool you used) but generally do not capture the specific numerical values you entered.

However, we cannot guarantee that all data processing occurs exclusively client-side in all circumstances. If you have concerns, you may use fictitious or anonymized values for illustrative purposes.

05How We Share Your Information

MoneyManMyers does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except in the limited circumstances described below.

When you click an affiliate link and take an action with a third-party financial institution, information about that referral may be shared through affiliate network tracking systems. This data is typically limited to click and conversion confirmation data and does not include detailed personal financial information.

We share information with trusted third-party vendors performing functions on our behalf, including:

MoneyManMyers participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission or referral fee when you click certain links on our website and subsequently take an action, such as opening a bank account, applying for a financial product, purchasing a product, or signing up for a service.

Affiliate compensation:

• Is paid by the advertiser, not by you, and does not result in additional cost to you.

15Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to such signals. We will revisit this policy if a common standard is established.

16GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform Data

MoneyManMyers uses GoHighLevel (GHL), a customer relationship management and marketing automation platform, to manage contact records, email campaigns, SMS communications, landing pages, and sales funnels. Information you submit through forms, landing pages, or other GHL-powered assets is processed and stored within the GoHighLevel platform.

GoHighLevel's data practices are governed by GoHighLevel's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which we encourage you to review at www.gohighlevel.com. MoneyManMyers maintains contractual agreements with GoHighLevel to ensure appropriate data handling on our behalf.

Data stored in GoHighLevel may include: your name, email address, phone number, tags applied to your contact record based on your behavior or preferences, communication history, and form submission data.

17Changes to This Privacy Policy

MoneyManMyers reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
